A Special Focus on Sport, Physical Activity and Covid-19

The Commonwealth of Nations has released a paper examining the implications of COVID-19 for Community Sport and Sport for Development. Authors, Peter Donnelly, Simon Darnell and Bruce Kidd with Priyansh, Marc Lizoain and Mathew Blundell, reviewed literature from the commonwealth and other websites, including the commonwealth Coronavirus Resource Centre. The findings from the results were presented during the ICSSPE-led videoconference on COVID-19 and the sports sector’s response, which was part of the 2020 Yokohama Sport Conference.
