23rd TAFISA World Congress

The Association for International Sport for All has scheduled its 23rd World Congress from 23 until 27 October 2013. Taking place in Enschede, Netherlands, it is organised together with the Netherlands Institute for Sports and Physical Activity and the Municipality of Enschede. Covering the theme "Sustainability and Sport for All", the congress provides perspectives on improving future sport opportunities for all and the ecological, economic and social environment that are necessary for an appropriate development. Accordingly four key areas are dealt with:

1. New technology and social media 2. Nature and the environment 3. Communities and networks 4. Social inclusion, empowerment and participation
