Women's Football: Played, Watched, Talked About

In the context of the EU funded FREE Project (Football Research in an Enlarged Europe), a conference dealing with the feminisation of football will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 21 until 22 June 2013. The conference is entitled ‘Women's Football: Played, Watched, Talked About’ and it is organised by Gertrud Pfister.

The aim of the event is to disseminate knowledge about women's football, the games and the players, the  fans as well as the media coverage. Simultaneously, it seeks to provide the opportunity for networking and fostering international cooperation among academics.
