Vacant research position to be filled

The International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE) is seeking applications for the position of a researcher within an EU Erasmus+ project.

Your profile:

− Masters degree in sport science or similar qualification

− Excellent oral and written English skills

− Familiar with quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as literature reviewing

− Evidence of interest in issues regarding physical activity and/or public health

− Interest in international research and policy

The position could be most suitable for a PhD or Post-doc student.

Your tasks:

− Writing an academic review

− Consolidation of existing evidence and guidance in the area of physical activity and

    public health

− Thematic analysis of guidelines

− Development of research tools and evaluation of results

− Analyzing guidelines

− Dissemination among relevant research institutions and agencies

The part time position (12 months; 19,5h/week) in Berlin can be filled immediately. The salary is oriented at the civil service pay grade under consideration of regulations for civil servants in the state of Berlin.
