Zur Organisation unserer Bibliothek bieten wir eine befristete Stelle als studentische Hilfskraft für 20 Stunden / Woche vom 01.09. bis 15.10.2022 (flexibel, bzw. nach Absprache). 

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Sortieren und Inventarisieren von Medien & Publikationen
• Erfassung der Titel in Excel
• Einsortierung nach gemeinsam entwickelten Kriterien
• Arbeitsort ist der Olympiapark Berlin

We are looking for a University student to assist us with administrative and organisational matters in our office, located at Olympiapark, Berlin: 20hrs / week from 1 September to 15 October 2022 (flexible). English speakers with basic knowledge of German welcome. 

Tasks: 

• Inventory of publications
• Recording of titles in Excel
• Sorting according to jointly developed criteria
• Work location is the Olympiapark Berlin
