Regional Policy and Sport in Europe

On 24 May, 2011, the Conference on Regional Policy and Sport will be held in Brussels, Belgium.

Hosted by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) EU Office in collaboration with the EU Committee of the Regions, decision makers from EU institutions as well as representatives from the world of sport will discuss how sport may contribute to regional development in Europe.

Furthermore, several sport projects that have been supported by the EU will be presented.
