The 2019/20 ICSSPE Biennial Working Programme Grant Recipient, the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the Semarang State University in Indonesia, has published their work about ‘Blended Learning for Physical Education’.

 

The E-book “Blended Learning to Enhance the Learning of Physical Education in Central Java Province, Indonesia”, is a research and development approach with the aim to ‘Improve Physical Education Teacher Professionality’.

 

The aim of the project was to improve the ability of physical education teachers to use technology in physical education classes. At a later stage, these teachers will also be provided with capacity building programmes to support themselves leadership development programmes.

 

A hard copy of the publication will be delivered to Physical Education Teachers all around the Central Java Province.

The research team at the Faculty of Sports Science der Universitas Negeri Semarang was led by Prof. Dr. Tandiyo Rahayu (M.Pd.) and included research members Mohammad Arif Ali (S.Si, M.Sc), Gustiana Mega Anggita, S.Pd.Jas, M.Or. and Billy Castyana, S.Si, M.S.M.

 

The main objective of the ICSSPE 2019/2020 Biennial Working Programme was to support leadership development and the promotion and application of good governance measures in the provision of sport, physical education and physical activity.

 

Also this year, ICSSPE members are invited to apply for grants as part of the Biennial Working Programme 2022/23 with applications closing on 15 February 2022.
