A Multidisciplinary Approach to Paralympic Success

The International Paralympic Committee will host VISTA 2011 from 31 August - 3 September, 2011 in Bonn, Germany.

The conference theme this year is A Multidisciplinary Approach to Paralympic Success and will include keynote presentations on

• Challenges and opportunities for the Paralympic Movement: ethical and conceptual issues;
• Organisational Development in Paralympic Sport; and
• Evidence Based Classification.

Through this conference the IPC aims to foster the exchange of current information, research and expertise related to Paralympic Sport and the Paralympic Movement, and cross-disciplinary professional interaction among sport scientists, coaches, athletes and sport administrators.
