The University of Bern's Institute of Sport Science in Switzerland  offers a vacant position for a Post-Doctoral Assistant (60-70%) starting on 1 October 2013 or by appointment.

It is limited to three years, with possibility of an extension for another three years. The aim is to qualify for a professorship (Habilitation).

Tasks include applying and implementing research projects, assisting in the department's teaching duties and supervising undergraduate theses as well as correcting exams.

Applicants are required to have a PhD in sport science or psychology, preferably in the field of social psychology.
