Job Announcement: Director of Operations

Partners of the Americas seeks a Director of Operations for its youth workforce programme "A Ganar".

The programme utilises football and other team sports as tools for education and development purposes. The objective is to provide at-risk youth with skills for facing the challenges of the labor market. The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programme. Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree, possess a work permit for the United States, as well as to speak fluent Spanish.
