ISAPA 2025 Proceedings are Now Available

The proceedings from the 25th International Symposium of Adapted Physical Activity (ISAPA 2025) are now published and freely accessible. This official scholarly record from the symposium, held from 16 to 20 June 2025 in Tralee, Ireland under the patronage of UNESCO, reflects the global breadth and impact of research, policy dialogue, innovation, and inclusive practice presented at the event.

The proceedings include contributions from more than 70 countries, with 232 peer‑reviewed abstracts, each assigned a DOI, and are published as an ISBN‑registered digital volume. It also contains keynote addresses, panel discussions, policy consultations, legacy case studies, and visual documentation capturing the spirit and diversity of the symposium.

ICSSPE was honoured to lead one of the keynotes at ISAPA 2025, on “Global Gaps in Inclusive Physical Education: Time for Real Change”, contributing to the global conversation on inclusive physical education, research‑to‑practice pathways, and human‑rights‑based frameworks. The availability of the proceedings now ensures that these insights and the broader contributions from the symposium will continue to inform and inspire scholars, practitioners, and policymakers (available below).
