International Summer School of Sport Science 2013

The Summer School offers academic courses to students from all over the world. According to the organisers attending students may rely on an agreement between their home universities and the University of Kassel to recognise credits and grades. Besides offering academic classes, the Summer School's aim is to inform the students about the cultural background of the country where the summer school is held as well as to provide opportunities to meet with fellow students from other countries. Accordingly trips to regional cultural sites are part of the programme as well as get-togethers and sport activities which will be organized at the University of Kassel in Germany.

The courses included in the Summer School cover the following themes:

- Physiology of Strength, Power and Flexibility Training - Sport, Culture, and Society - Applied Sport Psychology - Applied Sport Biomechanics
