Fostering Interdisciplinary Work in Sport Science

Symposium for Interaction between Branches

On 23 and 24 February, 2011, the symposium Contribution and Benefit of Sport Science Branches for an Interdisciplinary Sport Science – Problems and Perspectives will take place at the University of Bielefeld, Germany.

 

With the aim of fostering interdisciplinary work on issues of sport practice, the symposium will bring together representatives from different scientific branches to update on their courses of action and to discuss opportunities for drawing together their knowledge bases.

 

Participation is free of charge and organisers are particularly keen to engage young academics.
