Editors and authors of a recently published publication by Routledge are demanding a new model of sport that goes beyond the view that sport automatically encourages positive values. Instead it is claimed that sport is heavily affected by poor practice and corruption which demands effective decisions towards better governance.

The publication has been edited by Yves Vanden Auweele, Elaine Cook and Jim Parry.
