Challenge of Change

The International Conference of Sport Science "Challenge of Change" (ICSSCC) will take place from 4 until 7 November 2014 in Jordan.

The event is organised by the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Jordan in collaboration with the Institute of Sport Science - Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

ICSSCC aims to bring together leading scientists, scholars, researchers, experts and leaders from around the world to share ideas, knowledge, expertise and research results in sports sciences and physical education. It focuses on current issues in various fields of sport and physical education.

Topics include the following:

Critical Sport Management issues, Sport Media and Journalism, Tourism and Leisure Sport, Innovative Physical Education Curriculum, Sport Marketing, Motor Learning and Control, Elite Training and Fitness, Training science and Health, Sport for Kids , Sports and Aging, Sport Technology, Sports Biomechanics, Performance Analysis in Sport, Psychosocial Aspects of sport, Adapted Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Sport and other related sport issues.

The deadline for abstract submission has officially ended, but the organisers have informed ICSSPE that further submissions are welcomed.

The conference includes a Young Investigators Award with prize money of USD 1,000.
