Assistant Professor - Sport for Development

The Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto, Canada, has announced a vacant full-time, tenure-stream position as Assistant Professor in the area of "Sport for Development". The appointment is set to commence not later than 1 July 2014.

 

Applicants are required to hold a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in the sociocultural study of sport and physical activity. The profile includes research and teaching in the area of sport for development, and related fields such as globalization studies, equity and social justice, critical policy studies, and postcolonial theory.
