1st Asia FIEP Conference on Physical Education

For the first time, the Fédération International d’Éducation Physique (FIEP) is holding an Asia Conference on Physical Education.

The conference is set to take place in Tokyo, Japan, on 13 December 2014 under the topic ‘Physical Education and its Impact to Quality of Life of Children and Youth – An Asian Perspective.’

Sub-topics will include:

• Physical Education at Schools in Asia: Present Conditions and Issues
• Physical Education within Educational Systems in Asian Countries
• Economic and Legal Problems of Physical Education and Sport
• Leisure Activities, Nutrition, Health and Healthy Life Style of Children and Youth
• Martial Arts in PE Classes from Junior High School to University Levels
• Physical Education for Female Students in Asian Contexts
