5th International Conference on Sport and Society

The Sport and Society Knowledge Community is holding the Fifth International Conference on Sport and Society from 16 to 17 July 2014.

The conference is set to take place at Universidade Salgado de Oliveir (UNIVERSO) in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Topics will include:

• Sporting Cultures and Identities
• Sport and Health
• Sports Education
• Sports Management and Commercialisation
• Sport and Development, a special focus for the year 2014.

Regular conference registration ends 16 May 2014. Late registration will be possible until the conference date, subject to availability.
