The 2014 Wingate Congress of Exercise and Sport Sciences

The conference will be hosted by the Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences in conjunction with the Wingate Institute for Physical Education and Sport Sciences  in collaboration with EGREPA (European Group for Research into Elderly and Physical Activity) and Meir Medical Center. It is set to take place from 12 to 15 June 2014 at the The Zinman College in Netanya, Israel.

 

The Congress will focus on the following themes:

Physical Activity and Health Management in Sedentary Culture, Elite Sport, Health Implications of Ultra-Sport, New Technologies Assisting Sports and Exercise Facilitation, Physical Activity and Sports among Children, Women’s Sport, Economics and Psychology of Football, Active Aging – A Multidisciplinary Approach to the Third and Fourth Age, Military Medicine, Sport Pedagogy / Physical Education, Psycho-Social Aspects of Physical Activity.

 

Deadline for submissions of abstracts and early registration end 15 March 2014.
