2021 Annual Report Published

The 2021 ICSSPE Annual Report is now available for download HERE! 

The 2021 Annual Report reflects another busy year for ICSSPE and a year with joint creative responses to the impact of the pandemic. Despite concerns and challenges due to Covid-19, ICSSPE was able to complete various activities successfully: The results of the General Assembly in May 2021 led to a Strategic Plan and a Biennial Working Programme, which puts ICSSPE into the front row of actors, linking sport with climate change and demographic developments.

The General Assembly also led to a new composition of the Executive Board and the Development Committee with the Board and Committee members starting their work soon after the Assembly. The Project Chapter in the annual report, as well as the Resource Section on the ICSSPE website, reflect the work ICSSPE and its project partners developed over the past months.

ICSSPE thanks its members, and partners for the ongoing support with a special thank you going to the major funding partners, the City of Berlin, the International Olympic Committee and the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community, Germany. Their confidence in ICSSPE’s work has led to a long-standing and rewarding relationship, allowing ICSSPE to work towards fulfilling its mission and developing and using sport to shape our society and improve the quality of life of people globally.
