The Project Movement Environment Well-Being (MEW), which was funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, aimed at promoting an easy approach to movement as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle and to help participants who did not participate in any form of physical activity for a longer period, improve their individual and social well-being.

200 Europeans aged 30-55 years from Italy, Germany, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Latvia and the UK took part in this initiative, designed to increase their levels of physical activity, improve their health and enhance their social relationships with the support of specialist coaches.

The programme, in which ICSSPE was one of the partners, ran from 2018 until the end of 2019. The experience and results from the perspectives of participants, coaches and project partners, as well as a pedagogical, social and sport analysis can be found in this publication which you can obtain free of charge from the ICSSPE office against the payment of postage.
