ICSSPE attends European Sport for All Forum
ICSSPE participated this week in the TAFISA European Sport For All Forum in Frankfurt, engaging with leaders and organisations committed to promoting Sport for All across Europe. The forum explored key themes such as inclusion, youth engagement, knowledge sharing, and capacity-building, fostering collaboration and innovation to create a more active and inclusive society.
As part of the forum, ICSSPE also took part in the KESCAB project partners' meeting, an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at developing an online hub to enhance support for the Sport for All and Physical Activity Movement. By strengthening cross-sectoral collaboration and establishing a network of advisory services, the KESCAB Online Hub (Knowledge and Experience Sharing and Capacity Building Online Hub) seeks to improve capacity-building efforts in sport and technology.
The KESCAB transnational meeting, held on March 24-25, brought together project partners to assess progress, discuss key findings, and plan the next steps of the initiative. During the meeting, ICSSPE presented its first project deliverable, Scalling up the Delivery of Knowledge, Experience Sharing & Capacity Building in Sport for All. This report mapped existing capacity-building opportunities, identified gaps, and outlined potential areas for development within the KESCAB Online Hub.
