Disability in Sport – Steadward Talks

On Wednesday, 2 March 2022, this Steadward Talks conversation will discuss the evolution of sport for development programmes and initiatives within the Paralympic Movement and the connection and intersection with Paralympic education and Paralympic human rights strategy and platforms.

 

The Steadward Talks are co-hosted by the International Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (IFAPA) and Disability in Sport International. The talks are conversations with global leaders that examine the origins and future of inclusion in sport, focusing specifically on athletes with a disability.

 

Amy Farkas Karageorgos, Juan Pablo Salazar and Jennifer Wong will join as speakers. David Legg (IFAPA) and Eli Wolff (Disability in Sport International) moderate the Steadward Talks along with honorary guest Robert Steadward.
