Honoured for the Promotion of Sport & Olympic Education

Former ICSSPE President Gudrun Doll-Tepper was awarded the European Olympic Laurel Award of the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in the 43^rd EOC General Assembly in Baku, Azerbaijan on 21 November 2014.

Serving the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) as Vice President and as the Chairperson of the German Olympic Academy (DOA), Gudrun Doll-Tepper was honoured for her commitment to the fields of sport development and sport science as well as for her contribution to the promotion of sport and Olympic education at German, European and international levels.

The Award was granted to Gudrun Doll-Tepper by EOC President Patrick Hickey and IOC President Thomas Bach.
