PhD Students Research Grant Programme

The International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Studies Centre has launched the PhD Students Research Grant Programme 2015.

The programme targets doctoral students who are conducting research on the Olympic Movement or the impact of the Olympic Games on the various aspects of contemporary society and culture.

As of this year, two separate categories are available: Category A is open, accepting all topics related to the Olympic Movement and Olympic Games. Category B is available to students who will conduct humanities or social sciences research on topics of interest to the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of their respective countries.

The application deadline is 26 September 2014.
