Margaret Talbot Receives FIEP Award

The Fédération Internationale d’Education Physique (FIEP) awarded Professor Dr Margaret Talbot with the FIEP Gold Cross of Honour on Physical Education.

During the FIEP General Meeting held on 10^th August, 2014 in Finland, delegates expressed their respect for Margaret Talbot’s lifelong activities for physical education and for her contributions to the development of international organisations active in this field as well as in global sport.

On behalf of the FIEP membership, Vice President Branislav Antala congratulated Margaret Talbot, and expressed his gratitude for her support for the work of FIEP.

The Gold Cross of Honour and the certificate were awarded to Margaret Talbot in her summer home in Greece by ICSSPE Executive Director Detlef Dumon.
