Dear ICSSPE Researchers,

As a prestigious award now entering its eighth year, it invites young scholars to engage with the broad spectrum of play and leisure.

The Gaetano Cozzi Prize not only provides an opportunity to showcase your research but also offers the chance to be awarded a prize of 3,000 Euros each. Your work will contribute to deepening and enriching our understanding of games and leisure activities across different cultures and languages.

Submit your unpublished studies to Ludicafbsr.it in Word and PDF formats by March 18, 2024. Your research can cover anything from ancient games to modern sports, providing new insights and discoveries along the way.

Your submissions should not exceed 50,000 characters or 8,000 words, including references and images. Please also include a brief summary, a curriculum vitae, and a signed declaration of originality.

The winners of the two prizes will be announced in November 2024 and will each receive 3,000 Euros. Additionally, the awarded studies will be published in Ludica. Annali di storia e civiltà del gioco, offering a great opportunity to make your research accessible to a wider audience.

Please find all detail to your submissions here.
