The first Sport For All webinar on training and development of Para sport coaches, referees and managers will take place on October 14, from 10:00 to 12:20 CEST. Organized by the “Sport For All” joint European Union — Council of Europe project, this free online event aims to enhance the training and development of coaches, referees, and managers in para sport.
The event will focus on the development and training of coaches, referees, and managers in Para sport. The webinar will bring together coaches, referees, policy makers, international organisations, sports federations and grassroots practitioners to:
- showcase best practice examples from across Europe;
- highlight research and innovation in Para sport coaching and management;
- discuss how to bridge the gap between policy and practice at the grassroots/local level.
ICSSPE's Executive Director, Patrick Stolpmann, was honored to participate as a pannelist at the high-level launch of this initiative in Strasbourg on May 15, 2025. During the event, Patrick shared insights on best practices for making sport more inclusive at all levels, highlighting ICSSPE's contributions to fostering inclusive sports environments.
