European Olympic Academies Congress 2025

The National Olympic Academies in Europe will gather in autumn 2025 for the annual EOA Congress. This year’s edition, including both a conference and the General Assembly, will be hosted by the Czech Olympic Academy and will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, a city closely connected to the Olympic Movement through figures such as Jiří Guth-Jarkovský and historic events like the 8th Olympic Congress and 24th IOC Session held in Prague in 1925.

 

The congress's topic will be "Current Issues and Developments of the Olympic Movement", and Participants can look forward to engaging discussions and workshops on the future of the Olympic family in times of climate change and rising populism, exploring both the challenges and the opportunities that lie ahead.
