Paths to Success – Inspiring Future Leaders

From 14 to 16 November 2014, the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE) and Freie Universität Berlin will jointly host the 4th international seminar “Paths to Success – Inspiring Future Leaders.”

The seminar aims to provide young men and women interested in a career in the sports sector with valuable skills and knowledge, so as to enable them to become future leaders in internationals sports organisations and institutions. The focus of the seminar will be on conveying communication skills and leadership tools.

The programme will include training sessions on project management, presentation skills, negotiation and conflict resolution and collaborative leadership, among others. A professional communication and leadership coach will lead participants through the weekend. In addition, leaders from international sport organisations will serve as speakers, providing expertise and first-hand experiences.

“Paths to Success” will once again be held at Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin. Space will be limited to 40 participants. We therefore strongly encourage early registration.
