Good Coaching Practises in Europe – PEAK Project

The third project report of the PEAK project – EU Mapping & Good Practice Analysis – has now been published. It analyses survey data and country reports from the previously released Research Report and shows good practise examples as well as 18 case studies of sports organisations.
 
PEAK stands for Policy, Evidence and Knowledge in Coaching. The project researches coaching policies across Europe and aims to provide recommendations for sport federations, coaching bodies and governments on how to provide a stronger framework of sport coaching policies across all of Europe.
 
Its four main areas are:
  1. The coaching systems in Europe 
  2. Regulation of coaching in Europe 
  3. Volunteerism in coaching within Europe 
  4. Women in coaching within Europe
