Spanish national and Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas, and Wilfried Lemke, Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General on Sport for Development and Peace, launched the comic book Score the Goals at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

 

The book features Casillas and nine other football stars and targets 8-12 year old children to provide an entertaining way to help them understand, familiarise and reflect on the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). It also teaches important values including tolerance, respect and team spirit.
