Disability Sport: Changing Lives, Changing Perceptions ?

The Centre for the International Business of Sport at Coventry University (UK) is hosting the inter-disciplinary conference ‘Disability Sport: Changing lives, changing perceptions?’ from 15 to 17 September 2014.

The conference will have five major topics: • Disability sport and social inclusion • Perceptions and portrayals of disability and disability sport • The recreational and psychological value of sport for people with disabilities • Sport and health for people with disabilities • Disability sport for peace and development

The hosts are calling for abstracts of no more than 3000 characters for oral or poster presentations on one of the conference topics.
